The owner of this pool and spa combination wasn t kidding when she asked Natural Design for a picture-perfect environment. As a professional photographer, she wanted to use the water features to create a beautiful background for photos. The result was a streambed with a rock bridge, gentle cascades and rushing waterfalls. To create this picturesque scene, the builders worked around a gentle slope studded with large, real granite boulders. Natural Design worked each artificial rock to match the existing colors of the environment and to take on the appearance of something created by nature over millions of years.
The only aspects of the pool and spa combo that resemble traditional projects blend right in - 400 square feet of hand-sculpted flagstone patio with stepping stones, flattop rocks for sunbathing and bench rocks for seats.
