NC Brands Acquires Coral Seas

NC Brands reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Coral Seas, a division of Coral Chemical Company, targeted to close around the end of June.

This acquisition follows NC Brands' acquisition of the assets of Red Leopard in October 2015, HaloSource’s SeaKlear product line in May 2016 and Aqualus’s water soluble pouch technology in April 2017.

“Our companies have been working together for years as NC Brands and Coral Seas products work as partners," says CEO Mark Munford. "In fact, many of our dealers promote the products together.”
