  • PoolCorp, "Big 3" Lawsuit Partially Dismissed

    A court in Louisiana recently dismissed parts of the antitrust lawsuit brought against PoolCorp and the “Big Three” manufacturers (Hayward, Pentair and Zodiac) yet allowed other parts to advance.
