Hayward Industries announced yesterday it has acquired Kripsol Group, headquartered in Yuncos, Spain.
“We’ve had a long standing relationship with Kripsol and are delighted to add their portfolio of products and management talent to Hayward. This combination also fulfills our strategy of manufacturing close to our customers,” says Clark Hale, president of Hayward Industries.
Founded in 1988 in Madrid, Spain, Kripsol markets its products around the world under the Kripsol and Fiberpool brands. Kripsol manufactures a broad line of products including pumps, filters, ladders, lights, salt chlorinators and controls.
“This will provide a positive transformation for our company and employees," says Miguel Garcia Sánchez, general manager of Kripsol. "Joining with a global leader enhances our ability to serve our customers in Europe, the Middle East and the rest of the world.”
Kripsol will continue to operate as a separate entity.
