NC Brands L.P. (manufacturer of Natural Chemistry, SeaKlear and Red Leopard) has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Aqualus, LLC. This acquisition follows NC Brands L.P.’s acquisition of the assets of Red Leopard LLC in October 2015 and HaloSource’s SeaKlear range in May 2016.
Aqualus provides companies in the pool and spa industry with water-soluble pouches. These pouches are specifically designed to be compatible with the chemical filled inside the pouch.
