RB Control Systems Adds Three New Team Members

RB Retail & Service Solutions, a provider of retail point-of-sale software for the pool and spa industry, has announced recent additions to the company’s team to meet the needs of their growing workforce and expanding customer demand.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Tim, Ashe and Eric aboard during this exciting period of growth for the company,” says Rachael Pritz, executive director. “Their experience and knowledge will help strengthen the technical support team at RB Retail & Service Solutions as we rapidly expand our customer base.”

Tim Malego has joined RB Retail & Service Solutions as the new technical support coordinator and will focus on leading the technical support team to superior expert service. Malego has prior technical support management experience that will guide him in his new role. He is excited to bring his technical knowledge and dedication to assure RB Retail & Service Solutions customers success.

Ashe McBrayer and Eric Sault have been brought on board RB Retail & Service Solutions as additions to our growing technical support specialist team. McBrayer has a vast programming skill set sure to provide customers with complete satisfaction, while Sault has experience with multiple programming languages that will contribute to the success of our future development and support.

In addition to these new hires, the company is planning to grow its engineering and sales staff in the coming months as they settle into their new facility outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
