Leslie’s Poolmart has announced the acquisition of Warehouse Pools, a South Texas retail chain which includes 24 retail stores, and also the warehouse and corporate offices of Ram Chemical and Supply, Houston, Texas.
“We are very excited to reach an agreement with Leslie’s Poolmart to acquire our company,” says John Andrews, President of Warehouse Pools. “We’ve known Leslie’s for many years and respect that they, too, are committed to quality, value, and outstanding customer service. I believe that our team’s strengths will be complementary to the combined businesses.”
The move continues the expansion of Leslie’s both nationally and in Texas specifically. Two years ago, the company acquired Solutions by Self, a seven-store chain in Austin, Texas.
