During its 12th annual ASP Owners Meeting reception in Destin, Fla., America’s Swimming Pool Company announced John Hutchinson, owner of the Nashville franchise, was the recipient of the company’s Franchise of the Year award.

The 2019 ASP Owners Meeting was a two-day convention that brought together ASP franchise owners from across the nation, ASP key employees, top vendors in the pool industry and inspirational keynote speakers. This event was packed with motivational and business-changing information for all who attended.

During ASP’s annual event, franchise owners were acknowledged and awarded for their significant achievements, and top-performing locations were selected as finalists for Franchise of the Year. The key factors used to determine the ASP location recognized for this award was based on the number of years as a franchise owner, the location’s total yearly sales, the ability to shine through the competition and the location’s involvement in the community and the franchise organization.

The Nashville franchise first opened in 2014 and had set the standards for success early on. In the first year of business, the Nashville location was named Co-Best New Start. Year-after-year, the business continued to accelerate and has been recognized as the fastest to rise organically in company history. By the end of 2018, ASP Nashville reached a company milestone of exceeding over $1.5 million in sales.

Overall, the company’s success can be identified by the exceptional team and exceptional culture that Hutchinson has put into place. The Nashville team is a family of swimming pool service professionals who strive for the relentless pursuit of excellence. Hutchinson is most proud of the positive force he can be in the lives of his team.
