Pool Corporation announced new customer-focused sales center enhancements and the opening of additional SCP Distributors and Superior Pool Products locations to better serve swimming pool professionals in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
SCP Distributors and Superior Pool Products sales centers are implementing showroom layout improvements and customer service enhancements including āPriority Pickupā express order service, NPT Design Centers and open merchandising displays. Peter D. Arvan, president and chief executive officer, commented, āWe are intensely focused on improving our customersā experience at our sales centers by providing time-saving services and greater product accessibility.ā Arvan added, āWe now have Priority Pickup service available in all of our domestic locations and are re-merchandising our showrooms across the U.S. to give customers better and faster access to the products they need. In addition, we have over one hundred NPT Design Centers where contractors and consumers can view swimming pool tile, composite pool finishes, decking materials and other outdoor living enhancement products.ā
So far in 2019, POOLCORP has opened new sales centers in Yuma, Arizona; Alpharetta, Georgia; Evansville, Indiana; New Braunfels, Texas; Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; and Montpellier, France. Up to four additional locations are planned for opening by the end of the year and will include these enhanced features, as will all sales center to be developed in the future.
