The Outdoor GreatRoom Company Hosts 2018 Conference

The Outdoor GreatRoom Company hosted its fourth annual Outdoor GreatRoom Conference on Aug. 22-23 at its corporate headquarters in Burnsville, Minn. Staff, sales representatives and some customers from across the U.S. and Canada were brought together for this two-day event.

One highlight of the conference included a Light the Night event featuring hands-on product training and food trucks as well as showroom, manufacturing and engineering tours.

Paul Nigon, director of customer engagement, says, “Our annual conference continues to grow since we started the event four years ago. The intent of the Light the Night event was to showcase a unique customer experience, something customers could bring home to their own locations.”

Other activities included round-table discussions, golfing, winery and brewery tours and dinner with a comedian show.

The goal of this annual conference is to bring customers and key representatives together to provide valuable feedback and prompt conversations in order to effectively support each other for success in the market. OGC seeks strength in the ability to build these valuable relationships. This annual event continues to enhance the rapport with customers and sales representatives.
