Water Tech has established a series of nationwide repair centers for the 2018 season. Created for brick-and-mortar dealers selling the Volt line of battery-powered pool and spa vacuums, Volt Authorized Repair Centers provide warranty related repairs to consumers at the store level for quick, convenient service.
“Our brick-and-mortar dealers are our greatest asset,” says Guy Erlich, president of Water Tech. “We wanted to establish a program that allows these stores to repair warranty-related issues on-site, resulting in a quicker turnaround in repairing the unit and more client satisfaction.”
In the past, the customer sent the unit to Water Tech’s repair center for warranty repair, which was then shipped back to the consumer. Volt Authorized Repair Centers reduce the turnaround time to as little as a few hours. The program was established after listening to brick and mortar dealers who were interested in providing more value to their clients.
“The typical pool season is short and reducing the downtime of their product being out of service is very important to us,” Erlich says.
