Evoqua Water Technologies, which recently acquired Neptune Benson, announced yesterday it has acquired Delta UV, a leading manufacturer of UV-C technology based in Gardena, Calif.

The acquisition adds Delta UV’s systems to Evoqua and Neptune Benson’s portfolio of UV solutions, including ETS-UV and Wallace & Tiernan Barrier UV products. In addition to complementing its product range, the acquisition means Evoqua and Neptune Benson will now offer UV solutions for a large variety of applications, ranging from municipal and industrial to recreational water applications.

“We are pleased to welcome DeltaUV to the Neptune Benson and Evoqua family,” says Ken Rodi, president of Evoqua’s Neptune Benson business. “We’re excited to add another strong UV solution to our offerings, giving our customers more choices when it comes to their water disinfection needs.”

Benoit Gillmann, CEO of Bio UV, says, “The teaming of Delta UV with Evoqua and Neptune Benson’s portfolio will lead to the next chapter of growth for the DeltaUV brand. I’d like to thank the dedicated employees with whom we’ve had the privilege of working.”
