Hale has 25 years of executive experience with such companies as Brooks Instrument, Victaulic Company, and Emerson Electric. Now at Hayward’s Elizabeth, N.J. headquarters, he will oversee the global business operations of the company’s line of energy-efficient products for residential and commercial pools and spas.

Most recently, Hale served as president and CEO of Brooks Instrument, where he led all global operations for the leading industrial flow measurement and control business. Previously, Clark was executive vice president of Victaulic Company, a manufacturer of specialty mechanical piping systems, where he served for six years. Additionally, during a 17-year career with Emerson Electric, he held a number of operational leadership positions before being named Division President of ASCO Valve – U. S. and Copeland Refrigeration.
Hale holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of California at Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
