Daniel will cover the strategic territories of Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and West Virginia, focusing on enhancing Tara's presence and fostering growth within these key markets.

Daniel brings to Tara an impressive background with over 26 years of experience in the pool industry, spanning roles from warehouse management to regional sales directorship. Throughout his career, Daniel has been instrumental in developing market strategies, overseeing significant territories and building durable partnerships with builders and customers alike. His achievements include multiple awards, such as Branch of the Year, Region of the Year and Salesman of the Year three times, underscoring his ability to drive success and exceed sales goals.

Daniel emphasizes the importance of fostering strong partnerships. "It's crucial to connect with customers, understand their concerns and offer a solution," Daniel states. A native of Lebanon, Ohio, Daniel is deeply rooted in his community. His interests include coaching sports, participating in tractor pulling teams and being an active member of an antique tractor club. Alongside his successful sales career, Daniel has maintained a unique side job. For the past 30 years, he has served as a professional executive protection agent, safeguarding personalities such as Brad Paisley and Charley Daniels.
