    In a significant shift in business strategy, LPI announced it is ending its domestic dealership program to focus on its direct-to-consumer retail division, Aqua Living Factory Outlets.     S.R. Smith, the Canby, Ore.-based manufacturer of swimming pool slides, rails and other deck equipment, has acquired some of the assets of Inter-Fab, based in Tucson, Ariz. S.R.
