RB Control Systems Hires Training and Software Specialist

Jason Pugh, Training and Software SpecialistRB Retail & Service Solutions announces Jason Pugh as the new training and software specialist to meet the training needs of their growing workforce and expanding customer demand.

Pugh has a Ph.D. in instructional management and leadership from Robert Morris University and brings more than 10 years of teaching, training and development experience to RB Control Systems. He has a wealth of knowledge with conducting synchronous and asynchronous trainings, and developing course materials for both live and online training sessions. He also has years of experience utilizing instructional design and technical writing techniques for more streamlined videos and help files.
