Pool Corporation (Nasdaq/GSM: POOL) has announced it has acquired the business assets of Atlanta, Ga.-based Swimline Distributors, Inc. (“SDI”) effective May 31, 2024. Originally founded in 1976 by Bob McCoy, SDI serves the metro Atlanta and northern Georgia markets from distribution centers in Atlanta, Alpharetta and Kennesaw, Ga.
